Realization treatment plants

Reverse osmosis plants

The reverse osmosis is a process of removing the bodies from using semi membranes.

The treatment plants are reverse osmosis facilities that allow the passage of water, but believe the dissolved minerals, colloids and bacteria.

Treatment of reverse osmosis Pentacque achieves is to force the water through a membrane to separate the semi foreign dissolved organic origin that is inorganic, although the minimum size of pores in order of microns, reverse osmosis does not work a conventional filter, but a kind of filter bypass.

There are two flows leaving the system: the concentrate, the flow containing those impurities that are rejected and who do not pass through the membrane, and permeate, the flow is pushed through the membrane and creating the water and osmotizzata purified.

The reverse osmosis plants in addition to not use chemical reagents, a high savings over other types of plants for water purification.

The reverse osmosis consumes only electricity consumption caused by absorption of electric power to pump high-pressure generated by the water, and then on membranes.

Pentacque provides treatment plants reverse osmosis with standard solutions made from different options for the automatic cleaning of the membranes, monitoring, etc..

Cycle is recommended periodic cleaning of the membranes of reverse osmosis plants in order to achieve and maintain a better yield and a longer duration of the same over time and ensure the performance and durability. Pentacque ensures being offered to the characteristics of the units to osmosis.

Ultrafiltration plant

The ultrafiltration is a process of filtering bypass operated on one or more membranes with micro pores which can remove particles of the magnitude of 0001 - 01 microns.

The strength of each spingente ultrafiltration plant is the difference in pressure applied to the upstream and downstream of the medium filter for the passage of fluid.

Like any ultra filtration plant, the procedure is designed to separate a dispersed phase, consisting of solid, fluid and a liquid that forms a continuous phase.

The suspension is sent to half the filter (membrane), the fluid passing through it and is collected downstream in the name of permeated. The suspended solids are retained, all or in part, on the surface of the membrane, they form the concentrate.

The ultra filtration plants are used to remove floating particles, colloids, bacteria and viruses.

This technique uses membranes between 5 and 500 nm.

There are many types of membrane used on plants ultrafiltration:

The ultrafiltration may also be used for the pretreatment of water for nano filtration or reverse osmosis.

The pretreatment of nell'ultrafiltrazione is essential if these techniques are applied to filtering, because the dirty irretrievably compromise membrane processes thereafter.

In that sense Pentacque realized if necessary pretreatment is known as the chemical composition of water and organic to be treated.
